fried rice without eggs

Hello! I am happy to see you again. I will update this blog once a week.
May is over soon, summer is coming soon.
Well, I want to introduce today's vegetarian dishes.
Fried rice is a popular Chinese restaurant menu.Normally it contains a fried egg, I do not use eggs.Instead of eggs, I used tofu and yam.


ingredients for 1 person

4 oz cooked rice
3 oz yam
2 oz tofu
1 oz green onion
1/2tbsp soy sauce
sesame oil

Chop the green onion.

Grate the yam.

Yam and tofu into a bowl. And mix them.

Heat oil in a frying pan. And fried rice.

Next, saute the green onion.

Put tofu and yam in it. Put the soy sauce to taste and saute well.

Put the rice in there. And mix well.

Now, fried rice was completed.Even without the eggs, this fried rice is very delicious.Please try!

Sandwich gyoza

Well, I'll show you today's cuisine.
Gyoza is a favorite dish for everyone.Previously in this blog, I introduced a mushroom gyoza.
But you may think it is difficult to make gyoza. At first, you may feel difficult to make a shape.
So, today I introduce a very easy gyoza recipe.In this recipe, you will not make the shape of gyoza.Now I will show you how to make.


ingredients for 1 person

3 oz yam
2 oz nira(or chives)
2tsp miso
6 gyoza skins
Sesame oil

Chopp nira(or chives) to the first.

Please worn down to the yam.

Mix the nira(or chives) and yam.

Please spread the miso on gyoza skin.

Heat sesame oil,and put gyoza skin.Please put the yam and nira paste on top.

Please cover one more gyoza skin.Like a sandwich!

chow mein(fried noodles) made of vermicelli

Do you know chow mien? It is one of Chinese cuisine, fried noodle dish.
The Japanese also like chow mein.In Japan, lots of food stands open the day of the festival.Some of these stands, you can always find plenty of chow mein shops.
Today I will show you how to make the chow mein using the vermicelli.Vermicelli can buy anywhere. It also can be stored for a long time.And it is easy to cook.It is just a good thing.And I will show you how to use vermicelli very easily.When you cook pasta, you should boil it first.But I saute vermicelli with vegetables.Vermicelli is still dry!


ingredients for 1 person

2 oz vermicelli
1Japanese leek(about 3oz)
2tsp chopped ginger
0.8 cups water
Favorite sources
1tsp oil

Please sliced ​​Japanese leel,and fold in half vermicelli.

Heat oil and saute the ginger and japanese leek please.

Put it in water and vermicelli. The saute it together.If you feel a lack of water, adding a little water please.
